The skin is the body's largest organ and its appearance reflects how well it is maintained and your daily personal hygiene. A naturally dark skin always looks beautiful, but a skin that has acquired a dark pigmentation due to poor care is terrible. Various methods, such as surgical procedures, are used in the restoration of natural skin clarity. However, these are expensive, so it is important to take care of your skin every day to achieve a clear and glowing skin.

Water also detoxifies the body, eliminating toxins that accumulate on all types of pollution. Commercial juices or sodas do not count in the daily intake of water. However, natural juices, such as carrot and red grape juice, are good in blood purification. Limit the amount of caffeine you consume daily by eating small amounts of coffee. Drinking water keeps the skin hydrated giving it a natural glow.

Limited sun exposure
Exposure to sunlight for long periods of time causes the production of large amounts of melanin, resulting in skin darkening. The sun produces harmful UV rays that cause pigmentation dark skinned after hours. This can be prevented by limiting the hours spent in the sun and applying daily sunscreen lotion on the face and neck every day before going outside.

These cleaners are widely available at most beauty supply stores and supermarkets. At night, be sure to remove all makeup before going to bed. Cleaning opens the skin pores blocked by dirt and impurities, ensuring that the skin remains clear and clean. Moisturizes the skin with a suitable cream for your type after cleaning.
Diet
Eating too much junk food can cause a pale complexion, but eating a balanced diet every day will do wonders for the skin. The consumption of any food that is rich in essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6, such as nuts, shrimp, soybeans, tuna, sardines and salmon revitalises the skin and keeps your skin clear. Antioxidants destroy free radicals that can be described as unbalanced molecules generated by the body due to chemicals, stress and excessive sunlight. These free radicals destroy collagen which keeps the skin elasticity. Eating a daily serving of antioxidant-rich foods such as tomatoes, nuts, papaya, raisins, peas, kale, broccoli, hazelnuts, strawberries, spinach, sweet potatoes and cherries replenish the skin, making it glow. Other foods rich in vitamin E, such as avocados and peanut butter, and zinc foods such as seafood, keep the skin soft and moist.
Break
After an intense day of work or tasks, enough rest sleep at least eight hours. This rest period allows the skin cells rejuvenate and repair damaged cells. The skin will look clearer and brighter after a long break and not have those unsightly eye bags.
